Challenge: Assess whether introducing an on-site childcare facility would meaningfully improve retention among working parents, without committing to high upfront investment.
What SynPop Did: Modeled responses to the proposed benefit across parents with young children, employees planning families, and non-parents.
Insights: 72% of employees with children under 6 said it would significantly increase their likelihood to stay. Non-parents were largely neutral. Uptake potential was highest among mid-level employees aged 28–40 in urban offices.
Outcome: Leadership designed a pilot childcare program in high-demand locations, avoiding unnecessary investment in lower-impact sites.
