What SynPop Did: Simulated employee sentiment when presented with different AI rollout messages — from “efficiency gains” to “role evolution” narratives.


Insights: 42% of production-line employees expressed high concern under generic messaging. Shifting to emphasize upskilling opportunities reduced high-concern responses to 18%. Younger employees showed less anxiety but wanted more training programs.
